In 2016-17, Dustin Reid enters his ninth year as head coach of the Ryerson Rams women's volleyball program and second year as head coach of the Rams men's volleyball program.

After joining the Ryerson Rams volleyball programs in 2016-17 serving as a strength and conditioning coach, Simac was named Assistant Coach of the Rams men's team for the 2017-18 season in June 2017.

Harris joined the Rams programs in 2012 and has mainly served as an assistant coach with the women's program under head coach Dustin Reid before also transitioning to the men's team in 2015-16.
