Lisa Haley became the first coach in Ryerson Rams women's hockey history on April 1, 2011. In 2017-18 Haley guided the Rams to their best seson yet, finishing the OUA season with record of 15-7-2.

Margaret Jennings joined the women's hockey team as an assistant coach for the 2015-16 season. She has a Development 1 and ICYA Certification and brings nine years of coaching experience to the Rams.
