Lawrence Smith is entering his seventh season with the men's hockey program. Smith spent eight years as an assistant coach to Graham Wise at York University. He is a former assistant captain with York and was a member of York's CIS championship teams in the late eighties. Smith is a high school teacher with specializations in math and physical education.
