The 2012-13 campaign will mark the second season for Patrick Tatham as an assistant coach with the Ryerson University men's basketball program.

Tatham helped the Rams to a historic season last season, making it to the OUA final four and upsetting CIS No. 2 ranked Lakehead University, to head to nationals for the second time in school history.

In the summer of 2012, as a team manager for the Canadian Junior Men's National Team, Tatham traveled to Brazil and helped guide the squad to the bronze medal at the FIBA Americas U18 Championship for Men.

Tatham also watched his sisters Tamara and Alisha Tatham compete on a world stage as they represented Canada Basketball on the Senior Women's National team in the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Prior to Ryerson Tatham was head coach for one season with Stoneridge Preparatory School in Simi Valley, CA.

Tatham spent three seasons playing basketball overseas in Switzerland, Syria, Qatar and Germany.

He earned a B.A. in communications from Cleveland State University, where he was also a student-athlete with the Vikings.

Tatham was a member of the Canadian Junior National Team from 2002-2004, and was named Mr. Basketball Canada in 2002.
