Stephanie White became Associate Director of Athletics in June 2011.

White is the Chief Operating Officer of Ryerson Rams Athletics, overseeing the day-to-day internal operations. She also serves as the senior official responsible for the direction and coordination of the Athletics budget plan and internal management structure.

White served as the Manager of Marketing and Special Projects in 2010-11, leading the development and implementation of the new marketing and promotional strategy for Athletics and Recreation at Ryerson.  She has also assisted in the development of the Athletics and Recreation Centre at Maple Leaf Gardens.

A graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, White worked for 15 years as Director, Marketing Operations and Communications with Shoppers Drug Mart before coming to Ryerson.

White has an impressive international coaching resumé with Canada's national women's hockey program.  As a member of Team Canada's coaching staff, she has captured gold medals at International Under-22 events and was a member of the staff for the 2007 senior women's World Championship team that won gold in Winnipeg.  Most recently, she captured a gold medal as an assistant with the Senior National Team at the Four Nations Cup in November of 2010.

From 2008-2011, White has served as the head coach of the Ryerson women's hockey team.  In the final season as a club program in 2010-11, White led Ryerson to an impressive 21-0-3 record and a league championship in the Golden Blades Women's Hockey League. The team also won a bronze medal at the Ontario Women's Hockey Association (OWHA) provincial championship the same year.
