This week's Boston Pizza Male Athlete of the Week is Aleksa Miladinovic (Belgrade, Serbia). The third year setter on the men's volleyball team helped Ryerson reach the championship final of the National Bank Invitational tournament this past weekend. Over the course of the weekend he racked up over 100 assists, including 44 in the final match, and was named the tournament's top setter.

Emily Popelar (Toronto) is this week's Boston Pizza Female Athlete of the Week. The first year centre helped the Rams women's hockey team to a 3-0 record this weekend to close out their exhibition schedule. Popelar scored in each game this weekend and added two assists for a five point total. She notched the game-winner on Sunday afternoon and scored the first goal of the shootout in a win over Concordia on Saturday.
