The tie moves the Rams record to 6-1-4 and pushes their undefeated streak to ten games. Ryerson remains in third place in the OUA east division and has three games remaining on their schedule to move into a position for a first round playoff bye.
Nikola Milosevic (Etobicoke, Ont.) notched his first goal of the season in the 42nd minute to lift the Rams to a 1-0 lead at half time.
Ryerson outshot Queen's ten to six and despite the Gaels only registering two shots in the second half, Lucas Lobo (Kingston, Ont.) scored his second goal of the season in the 71st minute to knot the score at ones.
The Rams pressed for a go-ahead goal but were unable to find the back of the net in the second half.
Ryerson returns to Toronto for a match with their rivals from the University of Toronto next Sunday, October 14. Game time is set for 3:15 p.m. at Varsity Stadium on Toronto's campus.
