The revitalization of the Gardens is a joint effort involving Ryerson University, Loblaw Companies Ltd. and the federal government. A five-minute walk from campus, the Mattamy Athletic Centre at the Gardens supplements Ryerson's Recreation and Athletic Centre whcih was built in the 1980's. The facility has nearly 150,000 square feet of athletics and recreation space and is home to the Ryerson Rams hockey, basketball and volleyball teams. The facility includes an NHL-sized arena, basketball and volleyball courts, studio, a fitness centre and more.
Kerr Hall Gymnasium

Kerr Hall Gymnasium, located on the Ryerson University campus, is home to the Ryerson Rams badminton and fencing teams. Kerr Hall Gym features lower level bleachers and an upper level balcony that can hold up to 800 spectators. Ryerson badminton events are also held at Kerr Hall Gymnasium.
Lamport Stadium

Allan A. Lamport Stadium, located on King Street West close to Dufferin Street in the Parkdale neighbourhood of Toronto, is home to the Ryerson Rams men’s and women’s soccer teams. The 9,600 seat stadium, minutes away from Toronto FC’s BMO Field, features a new, state of the art, artificial playing surface and a temporary dome for winter use. Lamport Stadium is also home to TFC Academy and Portugal FC of the Canadian Soccer League.
