Ryerson Athletics is dedicated to attracting the best student-athletes from around the world by providing an environment that encourages, supports and promotes excellence. Student-athletes have access to world class coaching, athletic scholarships, academic mentoring, athletic therapy and certified strength and conditioning professionals.

The Ryerson Rams operate 12 varsity teams that compete provincially in Ontario University Athletics (OUA) and nationally in Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS).  The Rams offer competitive teams in men’s and women’s basketball, hockey, volleyball, soccer, badminton, fencing and figure skating.
