Veteran hitter Luka Milosevic recorded a team-high six kills for the Rams, while fifth-year middle Roman Kabanov added four kills.
Jori Mantha led McMaster with a match-high 10 kills and four aces, while Jeremy Groenveld had eight kills.
Ryerson (3-13) will wrap up the regular season next weekend with matches at York (6-9) and Toronto (4-11).
