WINDSOR, Ont.- The Ryerson Rams women's hockey team rounded out their road conference schedule Sunday afternoon, dropping a 6-0 decision to the Windsor Lancers.
The Rams were shutout for the second game in a row, and were outshot 37-16 by the Lancers, who scored twice in the first period before opening game up with three markers in the second frame.
Dana Carson (London, Ont.) made 31 saves on 27 shots while taking the loss in goal for Ryerson, while Karlyle Robinson earned the shtout for Windsor. The Lancers connected on 2-of-10 power-play chances, while Ryerson was 0-for-5 on special teams.
The Rams will wrap up their inaugural season at George Bell Arena next weekend, where they will host the UOIT Ridgebacks and Queen's Gaels on Friday night and Saturday afternoon respectively.
