TORONTO - The Ryerson Rams men's basketball team is proud to announce the commitment of former OUA All-Rookie Team member, Nathan Culbreath.

Culbreath played three seasons with the York Lions from 2013-2016 and was a key piece to their team. In his freshman campaign in 2013-14, Culbreath averaged 6.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game and was named to the OUA East All-Rookie Team.

In his sophomore season Culbreath cranked up his offensive play, averaging 15.9 points per game to rank 15th in OUA scoring. Last season in his final year with the Lions, the Kingston, Ont. native was named York's most valuable player, netting 15.8 points per game and leading the team in rebounding with 5.9 boards per game out of the guard position.

Culbreath will start classes at Ryerson this semester and will be eligible to play at the start of the 2017-18 season.
