TORONTO - The Ryerson Rams men's basketball team has added 6-7 forward Nikola Urosevic to their roster for the upcoming 2017-18 season.

Urosevic, a hometown Toronto native, comes to the Rams from the North Toronto Huskies program. His 6-7 size will be a boost for Ryerson in the paint after the graduation of Juwon Grannum, the Rams main power forward from last year's squad, but don't expect him to play solely in the paint.

"Nikola has a tremendous ceiling. He's a big-time athlete with the ability to shoot the three and can defend and play multiple positions," said Rams head coach Roy Rana. "We look forward to building the next generation around Nikola."

A product of North Toronto C.I., Urosevic has won defensive player of the year honours and his length should be a shot blocking presence for the Rams. The newest Ram will enter the Biomedical Science program this fall.
