Women's fencing places ninth at OUAs

LONDON, Ont. - The Ryerson Rams women's fencing team placed nine out of 12 teams at this year's OUA Championship hosted by Western University.

The Rams foil team finished sixth, the epee team eighth, and the sabre team ninth in team competition.

Ryerson's top individual finisher was Sukie Ma (Greenfield Park, Que.) who came seventh in the individual foil competition. Marcena Lau (Markham, Ont.) was close behind in 11th place.
